Recital Costume Form <--Click to download

It is once again time to order recital costumes.  We have to order costumes so early because it takes 6 months to have them made and shipped to our studios. 

Costume order forms and fees are due by November 8, 2011.  Costumes are ordered by size from a professional costume company, and they are NOT customized to fit your child.  To ensure the best fit, measure your child accurately and order the size that comes closest to your child’s measurements, taking into account additional growth through the end of the dance year.  When in doubt, let the girth measurement be your guide. 

When the costumes arrive, if there are any alterations that need to be done, it is the parent’s responsibility to contact the seamstress and pay for the alterations done when the seamstress returns the costume.  Please see the front desk for seamstress numbers. 

Miss Ginny will be picking out the costumes shortly, and in early January pictures of the costumes will be available in the studio. 

Recital costumes will be ordered just after the payment deadline.  If the payment deadline is missed, a special order and handling fee of $25 will be charged in addition to the regular costume fees. 

Any late order costumes will not be guaranteed to arrive in time for the Recital Picture date. 

Combination classes will have two costumes, one ballet, and one tap.  Jazz Hip Hop classes will have one costume.  Drill team classes will also be performing in the recital. 

Please fill in all the information on the attached Recital Costume Order Form, and return the form with your payment to the front office no later than November 8, 2011. 

Please note that tuition and any late fees must be current for recital costumes to be ordered.

There will be no class changes beginning November 1, 2011, as we do not want to order the wrong costume for our dancers.
